The course, called “Cyber Security Handbook”, aims to provide basic knowledge about information security, helping users identify common network risks, prevent online fraud and protect personal information in the digital environment.

Users can participate using a computer or smartphone by visiting nCademy.vn and clicking the “Join” button under the “Cyber Security Handbook” section.

Mr. Vu Ngoc Son, Head of Technology Research Department, National Cyber Security Association said: "We designed the handbook to be easy to learn, easy to remember, easy to practice to reach many people."

According to Mr. Vu Ngoc Son, the handbook includes real-life situations, presented in the form of short animated clips. After viewing each situation, learners will answer multiple-choice questions, through which they will receive specific instructions on safety and anti-fraud skills drawn from the Association's experts.

The five scenarios presented in the course are the most common scams and cyber attacks in recent times. These include: Receiving a call from someone claiming to be a police officer and asking you to follow instructions; Finding a cheap hotel and airline ticket package for your vacation; Receiving a message that reveals private, sensitive information; Being notified of winning a prize from a lucky draw program; Receiving a notification that your phone is infected with a virus and you need to download software to handle it.

According to the National Cyber Security Association, free training courses will be continuously provided on the nCademy Platform. Experts will periodically review and update new situations and tricks of criminals, helping users to practice being vigilant against the risks of fraud or cyber attacks that are always present in cyberspace.

nCademy is an online training platform developed and operated by the National Cyber Security Association, first introduced to the public on April 11, 2025. The platform was built with the goal of creating a learning community, supporting everything from raising awareness to in-depth research on cybersecurity.
