After high-level leadership changes, OGC announced that it has a new major shareholder.

Hung Linh Commercial Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company reports on changes in ownership of major shareholders holding 5% or more of OGC shares.

On June 3, Hung Linh Company received the transfer of 38.82 million OGC shares from Ocean Group Corporation, equivalent to 12.94% of Ocean Group's charter capital, thereby becoming a new major shareholder of OGC.

Chairman of Hung Linh Board of Directors, Mr. Luong Viet Long, also owns 0.439 million shares, equivalent to 3.15% of OGC's charter capital.

On June 5, Hung Linh Company continued to receive the transfer of 9.439 million OGC shares, equal to the number of shares owned by Mr. Long.

After the transaction, Hung Linh's ownership ratio at OGC is 18.09% (nearly 48.26 million shares).

The reason for the change of ownership is "receiving capital contributions from shareholders.

Not only has there been a change in shareholder structure, from the beginning of 2024 until now, OGC has also had changes in senior personnel.

On January 8, OGC received the resignations of Ms. Pham Thi Hong Nhung, Board Member and General Director; Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc Bich and Ms. Nguyen Thi Thanh Huong, both Board Members; and Mr. Pham Trung Hieu, Head of the Supervisory Board. The resignations were all for personal reasons and were accepted by OGC on January 8.

At the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held in February 2024, OGC approved the list of members of the Board of Directors and the Board of Supervisors for the 2024-2029 term.

The result of the list of Board members includes Mr. Nguyen Dung Minh, Mr. Le Dinh Quang, Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Huong, Ms. Le Thi Viet Nga. And Mr. Nguyen Duc Minh was elected as an independent member of the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors unanimously elected Ms. Le Thi Viet Nga as Chairwoman of the Board of Directors.

Of which, Ms. Nga and Ms. Lan Huong are two current members of the Board of Directors.

With the Board of Supervisors, including Ms. Duong Thi Mai Huong, Ms. Le Thi Bich Hanh and Ms. Tran Thi Chung.
