However, there are still properties that were bought in preparation for a life together that never materialized. When the relationship ended, they were forced to sell. According to ABC , the couple has just sold one of the three houses they own in the town of Esplugues de Llobregat, just outside Barcelona.

The house was the last piece of a housing complex that Shakira and Pique had bought with the intention of moving the singer's family to Spain, next to Pique's parents' house (his parents' house is not on the list). However, this third house was never actually completed and is now for sale separately for 3 million euros.

The other two villas are still for sale. Each has a built-up area of 715 square meters, with six bedrooms, indoor and outdoor pools, a gym, and even a recording studio designed specifically for the Colombian singer's work.

The total value of these two houses is up to 10.99 million euros. They were designed by architect Mireia Admetller and built from 2012. The highlight is the main villa, located on a 3,800 square meter plot with many floors.

According to the source, the entire process of negotiating and selling the house is being carried out discreetly, by a company managed by the father of the former Barcelona midfielder. This is to avoid potential buyers approaching out of curiosity to own the place that was once the home of the most famous couple in the world .
