SMEs Breakthrough Thanks to AI Application in the Digital Age

DNVN - On August 28 in Hanoi, BizCare Company Limited in collaboration with the Vietnam Good Price Community and the Institute of Technology Application and Human Resource Development Training (ITAT) launched a program to equip the SME business community with new "resilience" on the growth journey.

The program aims to standardize business operations through assessment according to the digital competency framework. On that basis, Vietnamese small and medium enterprises (SMEs) will be supported to streamline their apparatus and accelerate operational efficiency through the application of modern technology solutions and AI.

According to MSc. Hinh, ITAT is implementing training program frameworks and digital competency assessment tools specifically for SMEs. Only when businesses are standardized in terms of governance and technological capacity can they fully exploit the potential of AI and new technologies for sustainable development.
