Tran Phu High School for the Gifted, Thai Phien High School, and Hong Bang High School all had new principals appointed.

Hai Phong Department of Education and Training mobilizes and appoints a series of public school principals.

On August 26, the Hai Phong Department of Education and Training held a conference to announce decisions on personnel work at Tran Phu High School for the Gifted, Thai Phien High School and Hong Bang High School.

Accordingly, the Hai Phong Department of Education and Training announced Decision No. 5896/QD-SGDĐT to transfer teacher Doan Thai Son, Principal of Tran Phu High School for the Gifted, to hold the position of Principal of Hong Bang High School.

At the same time, teacher Pham Hoang Hung, Principal of Hong Bang High School, officially retired after many years of working for the school and the city's education sector.

Dr. Luong Van Viet - Director of Hai Phong Department of Education and Training presented the decision and flowers to teacher Pham Hoang Hung.

The Department also announced Decision No. 5900/QD-SGDĐT on the transfer and appointment of teacher Hoang Anh Tuan, Principal of Thai Phien High School, to the position of Principal of Tran Phu High School for the Gifted.

Teacher Hoang Anh Tuan, Principal of Thai Phien High School, was transferred and appointed to the position of Principal of Tran Phu High School for the Gifted.

Hai Phong Department of Education and Training also announced Decision No. 5899/QD-SGDĐT dated August 25, 2025 on the transfer and appointment of teacher Cao To Nga, Principal of Ngo Quyen High School, to the position of Principal of Thai Phien High School.

Mr. Do Duy Hung, Deputy Director of Hai Phong Department of Education and Training, presented the decision and flowers to teacher Cao To Nga, new Principal of Thai Phien High School; and flowers to teacher Hoang Anh Tuan, former Principal of Thai Phien High School.
