Show concern for school staff.
The Politburo has just issued Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW on breakthroughs in the development of education and training. Throughout the country's development, the Party and State have always considered education and training, along with science and technology, as top national priorities. Many major policies and guidelines have been issued, promoting innovation and strong development in education and training.
From a grassroots perspective, teacher Phung Thi Lan - Deputy Principal of Hoa Mi Kindergarten (Hoang Liet Ward, Hanoi) believes that Resolution 71 was issued at the right time and has high directional value to help the country's education sector achieve breakthrough development in the new era of the nation. The issue of benefits for kindergarten teachers and staff has been addressed more clearly.
Leaders of Hoang Liet Ward presented flowers to congratulate the teachers and students of Hoa Mi Kindergarten on the occasion of the opening of the new school year 2025-2026.
Resolution No. 71-NQ/TW clearly states: There should be special and superior preferential policies for the teaching staff; increasing the professional incentive allowance for preschool and general education institutions to at least 70% for teachers, at least 30% for staff, and 100% for teachers in particularly difficult areas, border regions, islands, and ethnic minority areas.
As a newly established public institution since 2024, Hoa Mi Kindergarten has received considerable attention and investment from all levels of government in terms of its facilities and equipment for the education and care of children. The kitchen area is designed according to a one-way flow principle, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. The school currently has 9 caregivers serving 870 children daily.
The childcare staff at Hoa Mi Kindergarten often have to arrive at school early to perform their daily duties.
Teacher Phung Thi Lan affirmed that the attention given by the Party and State leaders to the teaching staff and school employees is a major step forward, contributing to making the teaching profession more attractive and drawing talented people into education. When policies and regulations are guaranteed, teachers will have more motivation to stay committed to the profession.
"We are extremely excited, especially the kitchen staff, because soon they will receive a minimum allowance of 30% to help improve their income. The work of the kitchen staff is very hard; after deducting social insurance, their monthly income is only 4,700,000 VND per person. In addition, contract teachers currently have very low salaries that are insufficient to cover living expenses, so receiving an additional allowance will be a great motivation for them to work with peace of mind," teacher Phung Thi Lan expressed.
More motivation to contribute

As a young teacher working at Dai Mo 3 Primary School (Tay Mo Ward, Hanoi ), Ms. Nguyen Dieu Huong - homeroom teacher of class 3A6 - expressed strong agreement with the contents of Resolution 71, especially the issues related to preferential policies for teachers in schools.
According to Ms. Dieu Huong, the policy outlined in Resolution 71 to increase the preferential allowance for teachers in preschool and general education institutions to a minimum of 70% for teachers, a minimum of 30% for staff, and 100% for teachers in particularly difficult areas, border regions, islands, and ethnic minority areas is extremely urgent and appropriate to the reality.
"Receiving government support in terms of allowances is incredibly gratifying. For us teachers, our love for children and dedication to the profession always burn brightly, igniting the flame of knowledge for our students every day. Whether there are allowances or not, whether they are high or low, our love for teaching never diminishes. Teachers only hope that students become increasingly well-behaved, that parents are supportive, and that the community understands – that's enough," shared Ms. Dieu Huong.
