Hue City Department of Education and Training for the first time implemented teacher regulation and transfer

On October 13, the Department of Education and Training of Hue City organized a ceremony to hand over decisions on transferring civil servants for the 2025-2026 school year to 56 teachers and staff at all levels (including 16 preschoolers, 9 primary schoolers, and 31 junior high schoolers).

Mr. Nguyen Tan, Director of the City Department of Education and Training, handed over decisions to teachers who were reassigned and transferred.

This is the first time the Department has directly regulated and arranged teaching staff throughout the city, an important step in the context of implementing a two-level government model.

Director of the Department of Education and Training Nguyen Tan said that the transfer was carried out in accordance with the spirit of Official Dispatch 4096/SGDĐT-TCCB dated September 25, 2025, to overcome the situation of local surplus and shortage, ensuring reasonable, fair and proper arrangement of staff and in accordance with teachers' wishes.

This mobilization demonstrates the unified management role of the Department in planning, using and developing human resources in the education sector, aiming to improve the quality of teaching and management in the new period.

According to the Department of Education and Training, the transfer is carried out on the voluntary spirit of teachers, both humanely and creating opportunities for the team to practice and develop their capacity in a new environment. This is also a step to concretize Resolution 71-NQ/TW of the Politburo on breakthroughs in education and training development, contributing to building a solid team of teachers who can adapt flexibly to the new management model.
