Hai Duong Department of Planning and Investment has a new Deputy Director

On the morning of December 2, the Standing Committee of Hai Duong Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce decisions on personnel work.

Comrades: Tran Duc Thang, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Le Ngoc Chau, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended the conference.

Comrade Nguyen Tien Hoan, member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Organization Board of Nam Sach District Party Committee, was accepted by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee to work at the Department of Planning and Investment and appointed to the position of Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment. The term of office is 5 years, from December 2, 2024 to December 1, 2029.

Speaking at the conference, the Provincial Party Secretary assessed that Comrade Nguyen Tien Hoan is a well-trained, capable cadre with solid political qualities; in all his positions, he always completes well and excellently the assigned tasks.

The Provincial Party Secretary suggested that in his new position, Comrade Nguyen Tien Hoan will urgently focus on grasping new tasks, have creative, innovative and scientific leadership and working methods. Continue to promote his own intelligence and experience, constantly strive, explore, learn and improve his sense of responsibility in work. Unite with the collective leadership of the Department of Planning and Investment to successfully complete the tasks in the coming time.

Comrade Nguyen Tien Hoan was born in 1976 in An Son commune (Nam Sach). He has a bachelor's degree in international economic law, a master's degree in economic management; and a senior degree in political theory.

He has held the positions of Deputy Chief of the District Party Committee Office, Head of the District Department of Natural Resources and Environment, Secretary of the An Son Commune Party Committee, Head of the District Party Committee's Propaganda Department, and Head of the Nam Sach District Party Committee's Organization Department.

Along with comrade Nguyen Tien Hoan, at the conference announcing the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and the Provincial People's Committee on personnel work on the morning of December 2, 3 comrades were transferred and appointed.

Comrade Nguyen Ngoc Sam, Provincial Party Committee member, Secretary of Tu Ky District Party Committee was transferred and appointed to the position of Provincial Inspector.

Comrade Nguyen Van Thuong, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Deputy Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission, was appointed to join the Executive Committee, Standing Committee and hold the position of Secretary of the Tu Ky District Party Committee.

Comrade Nguyen Duy Hung, Deputy Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, was assigned, mobilized, and appointed to join the Standing Committee, Executive Committee, and hold the position of Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Nam Sach District Party Committee.
