Summary of the model "Bright heart towards goodness, accompanying to ensure security and order, traffic safety and new rural construction"

On the morning of June 13, in Hoa Son commune (Ninh Son), Ninh Thuan Provincial Police organized a preliminary review and replication of the model: "Bright hearts towards goodness, accompanying to ensure security and order, traffic safety and building new rural areas" (abbreviated as the model).

The model has been deployed since August 2022, at Hoa An Pagoda, Hoa Son Commune with the coordination of Ninh Son District Steering Committee, Hoa Son Commune Steering Committee and the abbot of Hoa An Pagoda. After 3 years of implementation, the model has achieved many results in ensuring security and order, traffic safety and order associated with new rural construction in the commune. Specifically, Buddhists and the abbot of Hoa An Pagoda have coordinated to help the commune police detect and handle 10 cases related to security and order;educate 15 cases of children of Buddhists in the pagoda who violated the law; help 10 difficult cases in Tan Tien village to improve their lives; participate in the mediation of 5 cases related to Buddhists of the pagoda; coordinate to propagate and disseminate the law to 2,500 Buddhists. In addition, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hoa Son Commune has coordinated with the pagoda to mobilize support for the "For the Poor" Fund of over 50 million VND; Built 4 solidarity houses with a total cost of over 226 million VND; presented over 5,000 gifts to the elderly, poor households, disadvantaged ethnic minority households,...

Provincial Police leaders awarded certificates of merit to outstanding collectives and individuals in ensuring security and order and building new rural areas in 2024.

Through the model, the role and responsibility of the people in protecting national security has been promoted, contributing significantly to the locality in building and completing the new rural criteria and maintaining it until now. In 2024, the model was assessed by the Department of Building the National Security Movement ( Ministry of Public Security ) as one of the typical models in the movement of All People Protecting National Security and was widely deployed nationwide.

On this occasion, the Department of Building the Movement to Protect National Security awarded certificates of merit to 1 collective and 2 individuals; the Provincial Police awarded certificates of merit to 2 collectives and 2 individuals who had outstanding achievements in building and replicating models and advanced examples in ensuring security and order, and building new rural areas in 2024.
