Immediately after Resolution No. 06b/NQ-TLĐ was issued, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Federation of Labor developed and issued programs and plans, set out specific targets, tasks and solutions; directed all levels of the Union to closely follow the implementation, especially to develop and seriously implement the Regulations on the operation of the Inspection Committee, the inspection and supervision program for the entire term, annually according to the provisions of the Union Charter. Every year, 100% of the Union Inspection Committees at the level directly above the grassroots integrate the inspection of the implementation of the Resolution into inspections of compliance with the Charter, and inspections of Union finances and assets.
Comrade Nguyen Thi Quy, Vice President of the Provincial Federation of Labor, said: To improve the quality of inspection and supervision of the Union, right from the stage of building the annual work program and plan to organizing and determining the content of inspection and supervision, ensuring focus and key points; inspection and supervision must follow the correct process and procedures; inspection conclusions must be objective, accurate, honest, and properly assess the advantages and limitations; focus on supervising the implementation of the conclusions and recommendations of the inspection team... The work of resolving and participating in resolving petitions, complaints, denunciations, recommendations, and reflections of union members and workers must be enhanced.
In addition, all levels of the Union actively improve the organization; train and foster professional skills to build a team of inspection staff with full moral qualities, capacity, responsibility, professional qualifications, and legal knowledge. In particular, in recent years, all levels of the Union have promoted the application of information technology to update and inform documents related to inspection and supervision work, and the results of the activities of the Inspection Committee, which has significantly contributed to speeding up the progress of resolving and handling work, improving the quality and effectiveness of inspection and supervision of the Union.
In the past time, the Trade Union at all levels has conducted 6,381 Trade Union inspections, including 2,767 inspections on compliance with the Vietnam Trade Union Charter and the implementation of Resolution No. 06b/NQ-TLĐ; 3,447 financial inspections; 167 thematic supervisions on compliance with the Trade Union Charter. Thereby contributing to building an increasingly strong Trade Union organization.
Comrade Tran Van Dong, Chairman of the Provincial Federation of Labor, said: In the coming time, the situation of organization, apparatus of the political system, civil servants, public employees, and laborers will have many changes and innovations. The Trade Union Inspection Committee needs to promote, innovate, and improve the quality and efficiency of its operations. In addition, Trade Unions at all levels continue to build a team of Trade Union Inspection Committee officials with sufficient qualities, political mettle, and capacity to meet the requirements of tasks in the new period.
