
The new regulations are issued to standardize the evaluation process and criteria, ensuring fairness, transparency and substance in the year-end classification; at the same time, creating motivation for civil servants and public employees to make more efforts in performing public duties, improving the quality of consulting and the effectiveness of state management of the Industry.
The content of the Regulation clearly stipulates the principles of assessment; criteria for classification according to each group of subjects; responsibilities of the head; authority to review results and methods of synthesis and reporting. This is the unified basis for the departments and affiliated units to synchronously implement, serving well the emulation - reward and personnel work of the Department.
The Department Director requested all civil servants, public employees and workers in the industry to carefully study and seriously implement, ensuring the progress and quality of the assessment at the end of 2025./.
