The implementation of preparations and welcoming the Lunar New Year of At Ty 2025 is in accordance with regulations, ensuring safety, without violations. Some remaining tasks have not been resolved in a timely manner, the tasks have not been completely resolved; there are still overdue administrative procedures, many administrative procedure files are still pending, especially those related to the land sector. The spirit of coordination in work and handling common tasks is not really high, there is still a situation of pushing, avoiding tasks, and missing assigned tasks.
At the same time, it is requested that: Leaders, civil servants, public employees, and workers in the Department must make efforts, seriously, urgently, implement and complete the assigned tasks that are still being resolved, or have been delayed in the previous meeting, ensuring that in the first and second quarters of 2025, the assigned tasks must be completed, especially the key tasks assigned by the Provincial Leaders in the previous period, the complicated tasks, which need more time to be thoroughly resolved, ensuring compliance with the provisions of the law, urgently advise and issue documents to request the direction of the Provincial Leaders to increase the implementation time. The heads of departments and units are responsible to the Director of the Department and the collective Leadership of the Department for leaving work behind or missing work.

Continue to review and make a schedule to monitor and evaluate the results of the implementation of key assigned tasks that have not been completed or are being performed. This must include an assessment of the implementation results, causes, reasons for remaining issues, and solutions for implementation. Strengthen the spirit of solidarity and coordination in performing tasks between departments and units under the Department, between cadres, civil servants, public employees, and employees of the Department.
