The Department of Justice coordinates to introduce digital transformation solutions in the field of notarization and certification.

On the morning of April 23, the Department of Justice coordinated with OSP Technology Group (headquartered in Hanoi) to organize a conference to introduce the notary database solution of the Department of Justice and the IUCHI digital notary platform in compliance with the Notary Law 2024 (effective from July 1, 2025).

At the conference, representatives of notary organizations, notaries and related officials and civil servants were introduced to the pilot implementation of the notary database management system, electronic certification, including: Notary database software, certification for the Department of Justice and UCHI electronic notary and certification platform for notary organizations; a system applying optical character recognition technology to automatically extract data from attached documents, integrating customer identity verification solutions connecting to the national population database C06 ( Ministry of Public Security ) and digitizing the entire process, integrating digital signatures in information management to prevent and warn of risks.

Representatives of OSP Technology Group also introduced new regulations on the application of information technology, digital transformation in management and practice of notarization and certification; proposed solutions to support data conversion from the old system to the new system, ensuring adaptation to the merger of administrative boundaries, helping Khanh Hoa province to be ready to operate as soon as the Notarization Law 2024 takes effect.
