The Department of Justice actively trains commune-level officials in receiving and handling administrative procedures.

Implementing the direction of the Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee on organizing training, providing professional guidance, skills in receiving and handling administrative procedures (AP) for commune-level officials, especially newly decentralized APs, assigned authority and APs with a large number of records after implementing the 2-level local government model, from July 11 to August 5, the Department of Justice organized 7 AP training conferences, including 5 in-person conferences with 1,288 delegates participating and 2 online conferences (organized in coordination with the Ministry of Justice) with 224 delegates participating. Participating in the training were representatives of departments, branches and sectors; legal officers; leaders of the People's Committees at the commune level; leaders of specialized departments and civil servants in charge of judicial work in communes and wards.

Training conference on specialized skills in handling administrative violations.

Accordingly, the Department of Justice has organized training conferences on authentication and adoption; civil status work; development, inspection, and review of legal documents; specialized skills in handling administrative violations; skills and expertise in handling civil status administrative procedures involving foreign elements. At the same time, in coordination with the Ministry of Justice , it organized 2 online conferences (Khanh Hoa province bridge), including: Conference to exchange, answer questions, and guide the implementation of review tasks, give opinions on review results, propose solutions to improve the law to remove difficulties and obstacles due to legal regulations and conference to train on judicial work when implementing the 2-level local government model. In addition, the Department of Justice also provides professional guidance to civil servants in charge of judicial work at the commune level through other forms such as in writing, via Zalo, etc.

Through conferences, civil servants in the Judiciary sector are equipped and promptly updated with new legal regulations, improve professional skills and handle practical situations; thereby gradually improving the quality of work and improving the efficiency of serving people and organizations.
