Exciting activities to celebrate the 79th anniversary: Vietnam People's Army Founding Day

In the atmosphere of emulation and achievement to celebrate the 79th anniversary of the founding of the Vietnam People's Army (VPA) (December 22, 1944 - December 22, 2023), the 34th anniversary of the National Defense Day (December 22, 1989 - December 22, 2023), officers and soldiers of agencies and units in the province have been actively promoting meaningful practical activities, creating a vibrant competitive atmosphere throughout the province's armed forces.

Coming to the Ngong Mountain training ground, Nhon Son commune (Ninh Son) in the first days of December, we witnessed the enthusiastic practice of officers, professional soldiers, and soldiers of the units in the AK shooting exercise lying down, exercise 4, this is one of the three sports this year. Despite the hot weather, each comrade wanted to compete and achieve results for the unit. At the Provincial Military Command, the mass art troupes of the 4 departments are enthusiastically practicing singing performances and presentations to participate in the propaganda contest on promoting the qualities of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", resolutely fighting against individualism. Professional Major Dinh Thi Hai Yen, President of the Women's Association of the Provincial Military Command, shared: Towards December 22, we have developed a plan to practice a number of art programs to celebrate competitions such as: Historical milestones, meeting on the founding day of the Vietnam People's Army... In addition, we also coordinated with Ninh Thuan Radio and Television to organize the program "Lighting up the dreams of Ninh Thuan youth in 2023" to support students, students, children of families of martyrs, war invalids and people with meritorious services to the revolution to overcome difficulties and achieve good and excellent results in their studies.

In addition, when we visited the agencies and units, we saw that the system of billboards and posters had been strengthened and renewed, with many propaganda slogans and flags hanging brightly, and images of officers and soldiers determined to successfully carry out their tasks in training, combat readiness, building discipline and training, maintaining and strictly implementing all regimes and rules of technical assurance work; actively promoting increased production to improve and enhance the lives of soldiers. In addition, the agencies and units also developed mass mobilization plans, organized marches to the source to help people repair rural roads, renovate martyrs' memorials, dredge canals, clean the environment, visit and give gifts to policy families, poor households and students with difficult circumstances in the stationed areas.

Organize meetings, seminars, competitions, sports, and cultural and artistic activities at the unit. Through commemorative activities to propagate and educate the glorious tradition of the nation, the revolutionary nature, the fine tradition of "Uncle Ho's soldiers", the great feats of arms of our army in 79 years of building, fighting and growing; consolidate and foster the trust of the provincial armed forces officers and soldiers in the Party and the socialist regime.
