BTO - For 2 days (October 12-13), at Truc Lam football field (Lien Huong town), the Tuy Phong district youth and children's football tournament 2024 took place. The football tournament was organized by the district People's Committee to celebrate Binh Thuan Tourism Day (October 24).
The tournament had 26 teams, with over 300 athletes from communes in the district. Of which, 13 were youth teams and 13 were children's teams. The teams were divided into groups and competed in a group stage, a round-robin to determine their rankings, and then went on to compete in the quarter-finals, semi-finals, third place match and final.
In addition to the collective prize for the champion, second and third place teams, the Organizing Committee also awarded individual prizes to the player who scored the most goals and the best goalkeeper.
The football matches were extremely fierce and exciting, with enthusiastic cheers from a large number of fans. With a spirit of solidarity and nobility, the young players gave the audience many great plays and beautiful goals, leaving many impressions on the viewers.
The tournament is a healthy and useful playground for teenagers and children, contributing to building a movement to train children's bodies and preparing forces to participate in the provincial youth and children's football tournament.
