The conference was held in person at the Provincial Conference Center and online to the bridge points of communes, wards, and affiliated Party Committees, including 122 bridge points, with more than 19,000 delegates attending. The Party Committees directed the branches and affiliated Party Committees to organize for Party members who did not study directly at the bridge points to follow and study through 2,616 live TV viewing points on the Provincial Newspaper and Radio and Television with more than 69,282 Party members.

Secretary of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Thai emphasized that studying, grasping, propagating and implementing the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 - 2030 is a broad political activity, of special significance and importance. This activity helps cadres, party members, union members, association members and people grasp the content of the Resolution, unify awareness, will and action, create high consensus, promote the strength of the entire people to successfully implement the goals set out in the Resolution.

To soon bring the Resolution into life, the affiliated Party Committees proactively develop specific programs and plans to implement the Resolution in a creative, feasible, practical spirit, closely linked to assigned functions and tasks; clearly identify the focus, key points, have a roadmap and assign responsibilities, cover the content of the work without omissions or shortcomings and clearly indicate resources, subjects, implementation time, and specific products as a basis for inspection and supervision.

Emphasizing that the last two months of the year are the "sprint" time to implement the socio -economic development goals of the year, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Hong Thai requested that all levels, sectors, localities and units focus on directing, organizing and implementing, completing 100% of the goals and tasks set for 2025. Sectors and localities continue to review, arrange and transfer commune-level cadres, civil servants and public employees to meet task requirements; successfully organize the Congress of the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations of the province for the 2025-2030 term; take care of the Lunar New Year 2026 for the people; ensure security and defense, complete 100% of military recruitment targets...

At the Conference, Chairman of the People's Committee of Bac Ninh province Vuong Quoc Tuan disseminated and deployed the topic "Basic contents of the Documents of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 on economy, culture, society, people, security, national defense, foreign affairs, science and technology, environmental protection; goals, tasks, and solutions for implementation in the period 2025-2030".

Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thi Huong disseminated and deployed the topic "Basic contents of the Documents of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030 on Party building and political system; goals, tasks, and solutions for implementation in the period 2025-2030".

Chairman of the People's Council of Bac Ninh province Nguyen Viet Oanh disseminated and deployed the Action Program of the Provincial Party Committee to implement the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. In which, the purpose and requirements of the Action Program were mentioned; main goals, targets and tasks, specific solutions to focus on leadership, direction, organization of implementation, and bringing the Resolution of the 1st Provincial Party Congress into life soon.
