On October 24th, the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Committee organized a conference to study, understand, and implement the Resolution of the First Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Hong Thai attended and chaired the conference.

The conference was held in person at the Provincial Conference Center and online to 122 locations in communes, wards, and subordinate Party committees, with over 19,000 delegates in attendance. Party committees directed their subordinate branches and committees to organize online learning for Party members who could not attend in person at the locations, allowing them to follow the sessions via 2,616 live broadcasts on provincial newspapers, radio, and television, reaching over 69,282 Party members.

Bac Ninh Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Hong Thai emphasized that studying, understanding, disseminating, and implementing the Resolution of the First Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, is a broad and profound political activity of special significance and importance. This activity helps cadres, Party members, Youth Union members, association members, and the people to firmly grasp the content of the Resolution, unify their understanding, will, and actions, create high consensus, and unleash the strength of the entire population to successfully achieve the goals set forth in the Resolution.

To ensure the Resolution is implemented promptly, subordinate Party committees should proactively develop specific programs and plans for its implementation in a creative, feasible, and practical manner, aligning with their assigned functions and tasks; clearly defining priorities and key areas, establishing a clear roadmap and assigning responsibilities, comprehensively covering all aspects of the work to avoid omissions, and specifying resources, stakeholders, implementation timelines, and concrete deliverables as a basis for monitoring and supervision.

Emphasizing that the last two months of the year are a crucial period for achieving the year's socio -economic development goals, Provincial Party Secretary Nguyen Hong Thai requested that all levels, sectors, localities, and units focus on directing and organizing the implementation to complete 100% of the goals and tasks set for 2025. Sectors and localities should continue to review, rearrange, and transfer cadres, civil servants, and public employees at the commune level to meet task requirements; successfully organize the Provincial Fatherland Front Congress and other political and social organizations for the 2025-2030 term; take care of the people during the Lunar New Year of the Horse 2026; ensure national security and defense; and complete 100% of the military recruitment targets…

At the conference, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee Vuong Quoc Tuan disseminated and implemented the thematic topic "Basic contents of the Document of the First Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, on economy, culture, society, people, security, national defense, foreign affairs, science and technology, environmental protection; goals, tasks, and solutions for implementation in the 2025-2030 period".

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Thi Huong disseminated and implemented the thematic topic "Basic content of the Document of the First Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030, on Party building and the political system; objectives, tasks, and solutions for implementation in the 2025-2030 period".

Chairman of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Council, Nguyen Viet Oanh, disseminated and implemented the Provincial Party Committee's Action Program to implement the Resolution of the First Provincial Party Congress, term 2025-2030. This included addressing the purpose and requirements of the Action Program; the main goals and targets; and specific tasks and solutions focusing on leadership, direction, and organization of implementation to bring the Resolution of the First Provincial Party Congress into reality as soon as possible.
