Accordingly, Sonadezi Chau Duc sets a revenue target of over VND930 billion in 2025, with after-tax profit of over VND300 billion. Of which, revenue from leasing industrial park land is expected to be nearly VND750 billion.
Regarding the investment plan, Sonadezi Chau Duc plans to spend nearly VND440 billion on basic construction and VND1,200 billion on compensation and site clearance. The company aims to receive and hand over a total area of 91.5 hectares, including 90 hectares of industrial park land and 1.5 hectares of urban area land.
