The central report at the conference highlighted that the Party Committees and leading cadres at all levels in the Division have implemented the plan to study and follow Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style with the motto: "Above first, below last"; "inside first, outside last", with specific and practical contents, targets and measures, contributing to improving the leadership capacity and fighting strength of the Party organization, building exemplary clean and strong Party Committees at all levels, and comprehensively strong units "Exemplary and typical".

The Party Committee and Command of Division 312 awarded collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing Directive 05.

Studying and following Uncle Ho has been widely implemented with diverse and rich content and forms, with many good and creative models and methods, typically: "Uncle Ho's teachings on this day in history", "One law each week, one legal question each day", "Ho Chi Minh's living space", "Weekend history class", "Comrades progressing together"...

The presentations at the conference clearly stated that cadres, party members and the masses in the Division always uphold the responsibility of setting an example in political ideology, ethics and lifestyle; being dedicated to work, innovating in working methods and styles; effectively implementing the spirit of "7 dares", especially in performing assigned duties and tasks; overcoming weaknesses, weak points and difficult, unexpected tasks.

At the conference, the Party Committee and Division Commander awarded prizes to 15 collectives and 16 individuals for their outstanding achievements in implementing Directive 05.
