The summary report at the conference stated: After 10 years of implementing Directive 05 and related documents such as Directive 87, Conclusion 01, Resolution 847..., the 12th Corps has achieved many outstanding results, creating comprehensive changes in both awareness and action among cadres, party members, and the masses.

The rate of strong and clean Party organizations that have completed their tasks well and excellently increased by 0.16%; Party members who have completed their tasks well and excellently increased by 3.42% compared to 2016. The rate of strong youth organizations increased by 1.7%; and the strong grassroots Women's Union increased by 3.4%.

Many good models and creative ways of doing things have been effectively implemented, such as: "4 innovations, 3 realities", "3 no's, 4 good's", "10 setting examples, 10 opposing individualism", "Party members guiding the masses", "Army Logistics Sector following Uncle Ho's teachings", "Military medics following Uncle Ho's teachings", "100 Dong House"...

Training, combat readiness, building discipline, and discipline training are closely linked to studying and following Uncle Ho. Compared to 2016, the quality of training has increased significantly. Notably, just 1 month after its establishment, the Corps successfully organized the first live-fire exercise with the joint participation of many military branches and services, using many types of modern weapons and equipment produced in Vietnam. This is a milestone demonstrating the remarkable growth of the 12th Corps, highly appreciated by the leaders of the Party, State, and Army.

In propaganda work, as of April 2025, the entire Corps had 5,519 news, articles, and reports published in the Central, Military, and local mass media, actively contributing to ideological orientation, refuting erroneous and hostile viewpoints, and maintaining the Party's ideological position in the Army.

The implementation of Directive 05 is also associated with many practical activities, such as officers and soldiers of units actively helping people prevent and fight forest fires in Soc Son (Hanoi), Yen Dung (Bac Giang); fighting fires in Hang Tram market (Yen Thuy, Hoa Binh); supporting medical isolation to prevent and fight the Covid-19 epidemic in many localities; overcoming the consequences of natural disasters in Hanoi, Hoa Binh, Ninh Binh, Thanh Hoa...

Commend and reward typical and advanced collectives and individuals in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and style.

In his closing remarks, Major General Tran Dai Thang affirmed that the conference had successfully completed its agenda. The speakers all agreed with the report, clarifying the outstanding results and the contents that need to be further promoted in the future.

He emphasized that the implementation of Directive 05 was carried out synchronously and effectively by the Corps, contributing to improving the quality of politics , training, combat readiness, building a disciplined system, and improving the lives of soldiers. The Corps successfully organized a live-fire exercise right after its establishment, clearly demonstrating its combat capability and coordination between the military and service branches.

Regarding the direction for the coming time, the Political Commissar of the 12th Corps requested to continue to thoroughly grasp directives and resolutions; improve the quality of political education; step up propaganda, inspection and supervision; and take the results of studying and following Uncle Ho as criteria for evaluating cadres and Party organizations.

At the conference, 46 typical collectives and individuals were commended and rewarded for their outstanding achievements in studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle.
