Speaking at the conference, Major General Ha Tat Dat, Deputy Commander of Military Region 3, acknowledged and commended the achievements and results of the agencies and units in recent years. At the same time, he requested the Party Committee and commanders of the agencies and units to continue to pay attention to leadership and direction to improve the quality of all aspects of management and safe, economical and effective use of gasoline and oil; regularly inspect and promptly correct shortcomings and defects; promote propaganda, build and replicate advanced models and examples in implementing the contents and emulation targets of the movement.

Regularly pay attention to improving the management and use of petroleum for the staff, employees and soldiers of the petroleum industry; improve the quality of initiatives, improve equipment, management techniques, use petroleum safely, economically and effectively; carry out the emulation movement "The Military Logistics Sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings", to meet the requirements and tasks in the new situation.

At the conference, the head of the Military Region 3 Command awarded Certificates of Merit to 10 collectives and 11 individuals with good achievements in implementing the emulation movement "Safe, economical and effective management and use of gasoline" in the period 2020-2025.
