Over the past 5 years, the emulation movement "Military Logistics Sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings" has been widely and synchronously deployed in agencies and units throughout the Region.

The emulation contents are specified, linked to the implementation of key political tasks, suitable to the practical situation, creating a vibrant, continuous and effective emulation atmosphere, contributing to improving the overall quality of logistics work, meeting the requirements of training tasks, combat readiness, and firmly protecting the sovereignty of the sea and islands of the Fatherland.

Colonel Nguyen Minh Khanh, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Coast Guard Region 3, spoke at the conference.

During the 2020-2025 period, the Regional Command organized medical examinations and treatments for more than 5,495 soldiers, fully vaccinated 100% of the military, prevented epidemics from occurring, and ensured that the healthy military rate reached an average of 98.75%/year.

The production increase work was effectively implemented, contributing to improving the soldiers' lives. As a result, in 5 years, the unit produced and harvested nearly 91 tons of vegetables, tubers, and fruits; more than 27 tons of meat and more than 34 tons of fish, with a total estimated value of more than 5.6 billion VND.  

The work of ensuring electricity, water, business tools and daily necessities is carried out in accordance with regulations, serving regular and unexpected tasks well. Transportation and petroleum activities are organized synchronously, in accordance with regulations and with absolute safety.

Colonel Nguyen Minh Khanh presented awards to outstanding groups and individuals.

Concluding the conference, Colonel Nguyen Minh Khanh requested Party committees and commanders at all levels to continue to promote their roles and responsibilities, closely follow political tasks, and comprehensively improve the quality of logistics work. Logistics officers and employees continue to promote initiative and creativity; regularly inspect and promptly correct shortcomings and defects; promote the discovery, training and replication of advanced examples and good models in implementing emulation movement contents and targets.  

On this occasion, the Command of Coast Guard Region 3 commended 6 collectives and 13 individuals with outstanding achievements in implementing the emulation movement "Military Logistics Sector follows Uncle Ho's teachings".
