The report of Dai Kim Secondary School sent to the Hanoi Department of Education and Training, the People's Committee of Dinh Cong Ward, and the Police of Dinh Cong Ward showed that at 3:15 p.m., when the school's break time was approaching, teacher TTTH, the homeroom teacher of class 7A14, went into the homeroom class to remind the students. While she was reminding, the teacher saw TMT, the class monitor, holding a toy but it was sharp, so she asked the students to give it to her and the teacher announced that she would collect this toy because it was a dangerous item that was prohibited in the school's regulations.

Upon hearing this, LGB student stood up and told the teacher to return the toy. Teacher H firmly refused to return it and raised her hand high out of reach of student B. Student B pulled the teacher's hair and even pinned her down to get the toy back. When this happened, the class monitor tried to stop student B but failed. The class monitor told the whole class to pull the curtains so that students in the hallway would not witness the incident.
After teacher H escaped from the classroom, she reported to the principal. Afterwards, the principal and teacher H went to the classroom together, asked student B to apologize to the teacher in front of the class, and asked the two students sitting below student B to write a report on the incident and answer the question: "Why didn't you take action to stop your friend and rescue the teacher?" These students explained that at that time, because your friend was too excited and his body was too fat, they couldn't do anything.
On the afternoon of September 18, the school's Board of Directors and the homeroom teacher worked with B.'s family to resolve the matter. The school invited the homeroom teacher to propose a disciplinary measure appropriate to the student's level of violation. The family presented their situation and their wish to take their child home for 10 days of education so that the child could change. The homeroom teacher agreed with the student's family's proposal. The school's Board of Directors also encouraged the teachers and learned from their experience in handling students who violated discipline, and reminded all students in the school to absolutely not bring dangerous objects to school. When making mistakes, one must learn from experience and have a proper, progressive attitude toward teachers.
The school also requested Dinh Cong Ward Police to investigate the incident, especially the source of the clip being spread online, and handle it according to the law.
