The forum aims to connect, share, innovate in technological approaches, and prepare the new generation responsible for continuing to write the glorious history of Vietnamese Revolutionary Journalism in the next 100 years.
At the forum, Mr. Bui Cong Duyen, Product Director of ONECMS Convergence Newsroom, affirmed that "AI does not replace journalists but reshapes the way we do better journalism", journalists are the ones who manage AI by monitoring, directing and refining, and AI is a tool to support journalists in building data journalism, enhanced investigative journalism and extensive personalization.

“The future of journalism lies in intelligent collaboration between journalists and AI, where humans focus on what AI cannot do and AI supports humans in repetitive, time-consuming tasks,” Mr. Bui Cong Duyen emphasized.
According to Professor Hoang Anh Tuan, Principal of the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Vietnam National University, Hanoi ), journalism in the digital age is not only about using technology but also about understanding the nature of technology to create new values for content, community and society.
“Today’s generation of journalists should learn technology but not forget humanity, master tools but not let tools replace thinking, constantly innovate but keep an honest heart with the truth, with the people, with the noble mission of Vietnamese Revolutionary Journalism,” Mr. Hoang Anh Tuan expressed.
At the forum, leading experts and technology developers from Viettel AI, Protech, Neko and many other units introduced AI software and tools to support the field of journalism and media, creating practical instructions for students and today's generation of journalists to apply effectively in their work.
