After the Cudidi ride-hailing app, advertised as having the cheapest prices on the market, was officially launched, Giao Thong Newspaper received feedback from a number of drivers saying they could not register to become partners on this app.

Reflecting this information to Cudidi, General Director of C&U Vietnam Nguyen Trong Cu confirmed to Giao Thong Newspaper reporter that the system had encountered a login error with driver partners. The reason, according to Cudidi, was due to the large number of login accounts, leading to the system sending OTP messages to authenticate accounts being interrupted.

"This has prevented many partners from registering to become Cudidi drivers and affected the travel of customers. C&U Vietnam would like to apologize to all partners and customers," said Mr. Cu, adding that after receiving feedback from drivers, Cudidi has focused its human resources to fix the problem. He affirmed that up to this point (the morning of July 11), all network operators can send OTP registration codes to both the Cudidi Driver app for drivers and the Cudidi App for customers.

"We sincerely apologize to all partners and customers. Due to the unsynchronized technical infrastructure, partners and customers have had an experience that is not as expected," the General Director of C&U Vietnam emphasized once again.

To test the readiness of the Cudidi Driver application, at noon on July 11, Giao thong Newspaper reporters directly tested the installation. The steps of downloading, installing, and creating a password for the application all took place smoothly and quickly. After creating an account with a phone number, the Cudidi Driver application displayed a window for the driver to provide the necessary information, and the system confirmed the profile to be able to receive trips.

It only takes about 5 minutes for PV to complete the registration steps, providing images of relevant documents such as personal photos, ID cards, driver's licenses, and vehicle registration. This information (if legal) will be quickly confirmed by Cudidi's profile review system.

C&U Vietnam officially launched the low-cost ride-hailing app Cudidi at a press conference that received much media attention on June 26 at the National Convention Center (Pham Hung, Me Tri, Nam Tu Liem, Hanoi). This young app announced that the average fare for motorbikes is only 3,500 VND/km and 8,500 VND/km for cars - 10-20% lower than the common price on the market.

According to Mr. Nguyen Trong Cu, the Cudidi application was developed entirely by Vietnamese experts, with a friendly interface and integrated with many utilities. To use Cudidi's ride-hailing service, customers download the application to their phones, then connect directly with the driver. In addition to the popular motorbike and car vehicles like other applications, the Cudidi interface also integrates Driver rental, Healthcare,Education , Insurance, Car Salon and Beauty services.

At the end of June, C&U Vietnam announced that more than 6,000 drivers had downloaded the Cudidi Driver app and registered to participate, while more than 10,000 customers downloaded the Cudidi App for customers.
