Tan Hai - the leading unit in implementing Project 06

Immediately upon receiving Official Dispatch No. 1070 dated April 19, 2023 of La Gi Town People's Committee; Tan Hai Commune Police, as the standing member of Project 06, proactively advised on the peak of citizen identification issuance and electronic identification integration in the commune.

With the great efforts and determination of the local Party Committee and government and the consensus and support of the people, up to now, Tan Hai commune has completed and exceeded the target of issuing CCCD cards and integrating electronic identification assigned by the Town Police during the peak period.

With the target assigned by the Town Police, the total number of people eligible for making CCCD in the area is 188 cases and the total number of people who must integrate electronic identification at the peak is 2,630 cases; to speed up the progress and soon complete the target, the Commune Police proactively deployed and assigned specific tasks to each commander and officer in the unit to both review and clean data for the work of issuing CCCD; advised to consolidate the members of Project 06 of the commune and 6 villages in the area; advised to decide on assigning responsibility for the area for members who are civil servants of the commune, with the goal of mobilizing the entire political system to participate; strengthened propaganda work, mobilizing people to actively participate in making CCCD and integrating electronic identification. Based on the schedule of issuing CCCD and integrating electronic identification of the town, the Commune Police advised to decide on assigning the target of mobilizing in 2 phases. With the core members of the village's 06 teams, including the commune police force and village police officers, proactively going to each household to borrow the CCCD card to integrate electronic identification for the people. In addition, the commune police mobilized officers, village police officers and the civil defense team to combine propaganda and mobilization, and make phone calls to adjust the number of citizens coming to work appropriately, avoiding making people wait for a long time.

With the spirit of urgency and high determination of the entire political system, especially the close direction of the Party Committee, the People's Committee of the commune, the initiative of the standing agency along with the spirit and attitude of working very seriously and urgently of the commune's civil servants and police officers. As of May 31, the commune has completed the issuance of CCCD cards to people; integrated electronic identification for 2,818/2,630 citizens, reaching a rate of 107.15%.

To achieve that result is thanks to the attention and direction of the Party Committee, the People's Committee of the commune, the drastic participation of the entire political system and the timely and specific advice close to the actual situation of the commune police force. The consensus, support and awareness of the masses in implementing the issuance of CCCD and integrating electronic identification. People see the benefits and significance of integrating and using public services in the current digital age. The extensive propaganda work of the Front of political organizations has been effective, spreading to a certain extent to the awareness of the people. Especially the enthusiasm and passion of the officers and soldiers in the unit, not afraid of difficulties, sticking closely to the area, determined to complete and exceed the set targets.
