According to the direction of the Provincial People's Committee, the Department of Health needs to continue to resolutely and effectively implement disease prevention and control work in the province; proactively report and propose to the Provincial People's Committee to consider and direct matters beyond its authority; ensure adequate human resources, drugs, chemicals, medical equipment and facilities for disease prevention and control; arrange and assign mobile anti-epidemic teams in key and high-risk areas, ready to handle arising situations; proactively organize or advise the Provincial People's Committee to establish interdisciplinary teams to inspect, monitor and support disease prevention and control work; implement the information and reporting regime for infectious diseases in accordance with the guidance of the Ministry of Health .

For departments, branches and localities, focus on implementing environmental sanitation and personal hygiene to prevent and combat diseases that may occur during the rainy and stormy season; strengthen propaganda, recommendations and guidance for members, union members and people to implement disease prevention measures for themselves and their families; raise public awareness, change behavior to protect health, actively participate in disease prevention and control activities at the grassroots level...
