Accordingly, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism requests the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Department of Culture and Sports of provinces and centrally-run cities to continue to effectively implement the propaganda work of the anniversary in the localities, ensuring solemnity, meaning, on schedule, quality, efficiency, and absolute safety in the activities of celebrating major holidays and important historical events of the country in accordance with the direction of the Secretariat, the Central Steering Committee for the celebration of major holidays, and the guidance of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission. At the same time, strengthen the extensive propaganda about the historical, cultural and revolutionary traditions of the nation; educate political ideology; strongly arouse the spirit of patriotism, self-confidence, self-reliance, self-reliance, national pride, the desire to contribute and the strength of great national unity in the cause of national renewal and international integration under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam .

Propaganda and celebration activities need to be organized in many appropriate forms, with focus and key points, ensuring solemnity, economy, efficiency, and compliance with current regulations; linking the propaganda content of Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term, the 14th National Congress of the Party with the implementation of socio-economic development tasks, political events of the country, localities, and the Party's guidelines and policies, and the State's policies and laws.

Along with that, direct the organization of visual propaganda work to ensure compliance with regulations; implement propaganda content according to the instructions of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Department. In case of using slogans, propaganda paintings, documentary photos, it must be submitted to the competent local authority for consideration, decision and responsibility for the propaganda content./.
