Strengthening inspection, urging and thoroughly executing administrative and civil cases

On July 31, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Le Van Dung sent a document to the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department; departments, branches, sectors; People's Committees of districts, towns and cities requesting to strengthen inspection, supervision and final execution of administrative and civil cases.

Regarding the enforcement of administrative judgments, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requested agencies, units, and localities to urgently organize the enforcement of administrative cases in August 2024; report the results to the Provincial People's Committee (through the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department) for monitoring and direction.

The Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department continues to strengthen monitoring, urging, and advising the Provincial People's Committee to consider and handle the responsibilities of organizations and individuals involved in the delay in executing administrative cases. Based on the proposal of the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department for specific civil cases, the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Natural Resources and Environment to preside over and coordinate with relevant units to clarify the legality of the cases, report, and propose to the Provincial People's Committee for consideration and direction.

The Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Department presides over the organization of inter-sectoral meetings to continue researching and proposing appropriate solutions to resolve civil cases. In particular, it anticipates the legal consequences of the solutions, the roadmap of steps and assigns specific tasks to each relevant agency and unit..., reports to the Provincial Civil Judgment Enforcement Steering Committee for consideration and comments before organizing implementation.
