In 2023, Party committees, Party organizations, and Inspection Commissions at all levels have led, directed, and seriously implemented the dissemination and implementation of regulations and guidelines of the Central Committee and the Provincial Party Committee on inspection and supervision work and Party discipline enforcement; proactively reviewed, revised, and supplemented the working regulations of the Inspection Commission. The Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee and Party committees at all levels regularly pay attention to leading, directing, and creating favorable conditions for Inspection Commissions at all levels to effectively carry out assigned tasks; and issued a number of documents to specify the leadership, direction, and implementation of inspection and supervision tasks and Party discipline enforcement.
The Provincial Party Committee's Inspection Commission and Inspection Commissions at all levels have proactively organized the implementation of tasks according to the Party Charter, the direction of the Central Inspection Commission and the tasks assigned by the Party Committee with a large workload, the quality and efficiency have been constantly improved. The Party Committees and Inspection Commissions at all levels have made many innovations in inspection and supervision work; proactively developed programs, resolutely directed and organized implementation; innovated methods, and improved the quality of thematic supervision. The number of inspections and supervisions by Party Committees and Inspection Commissions at all levels exceeded the programs and plans set out.
The content of the inspection focuses on areas and places with complicated problems, prone to violations and negativity, and of public concern; the implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress; the implementation and overcoming of shortcomings, limitations, and violations pointed out after the inspection conclusions of Party committees and Inspection Committees at all levels... Timely review and handle disciplinary actions against violating Party organizations and Party members to ensure the correct direction, motto, principles, processes, procedures, and authority.
The coordination between the Inspection Committee and relevant agencies in performing the tasks of inspection and discipline enforcement of the Party is increasingly synchronous, close, effective, and consistent with the actual conditions and functions and tasks of each agency and unit. The work of reviewing, handling, and resolving denunciations, complaints, recommendations, and reflections is carried out promptly and in accordance with regulations. The work of perfecting the Inspection Committee, building a team of Inspection Committee officers, and training and fostering skills and expertise for inspection officers at all levels is focused on.

Delegates focused on discussing and clarifying some results achieved in the work of Party inspection and discipline enforcement in association with specific tasks of the sector, locality and unit; at the same time, proposing tasks and solutions that need to be focused on to improve the quality and effectiveness of inspection and discipline work in the coming time.
Speaking at the conference, comrade Ngo Dong Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee acknowledged and highly appreciated the results of the Party's inspection and discipline enforcement work in 2023; at the same time, pointed out a number of shortcomings and limitations that need to be overcome in the coming time.

He emphasized: 2024 is an important year in deciding the successful completion of the goals and tasks of the entire term; at the same time, it is also the year to start preparing personnel work steps towards leading and directing the organization and implementation of Party congresses at all levels. Therefore, he requested that the work of Party inspection and discipline enforcement must continue to be focused on and promoted, and at the same time, there must be many innovations in the process of organization and implementation. In particular, it is necessary to continue to focus on studying and thoroughly grasping the Party's new documents and regulations on inspection and discipline enforcement, especially the contents related to the requirements, tasks, goals, scope, subjects and responsibilities in implementing inspection and discipline enforcement work of the Party. Continue to promote the leadership role of Party committees, in which it is necessary to strengthen and expand supervision to prevent violations as well as promptly correct violations when they first appear. In addition, it is necessary to focus on the inspection of party organizations and party members, especially the leading comrades and personnel planned for positions of the Party Committee as well as leaders at all levels related to the cultivation and training of ideology, ethics and lifestyle and in the performance of assigned duties and tasks. Focus on thoroughly resolving issues related to complaints and denunciations of cadres and party members. Thereby, it will contribute to the good implementation of personnel preparation work towards party congresses at all levels.
The Provincial Party Standing Committee requests the Inspection Committees at all levels to perform their roles, functions and tasks well, first of all in the advisory work as well as in the coordination and implementation of inspection tasks and the enforcement of Party discipline. Pay attention to training, fostering and improving the capacity and professional qualifications of the inspection staff in the province.
