With the goal of promoting the "Digital Education for All" movement in the border area, the provincial Border Guard has promoted socialization, calling for and mobilizing organizations and units to support the purchase of 9 smartphones; Viettel Phong Tho donated SIM cards with internet connection to 9 poor families in 2 villages: Si Choang, Group 2. At the same time, nearly 100 pairs of sandals and candies were given to people and children in the 2 villages. The total value of the gifts is about 50 million VND.

Giving away free smartphones helps poor households access information technology, gradually filling information gaps and opening up many changes in the lives of ethnic minorities in border areas.
