Ms. Dang Thi Kheo, Head of the Cooperative, said: “My family has been processing and trading dried shrimp, dried fish, etc. for more than 10 years, but because we are still concerned about the output, we have not dared to expand the scale of production. After the Women's Union of the commune encouraged us to join the Cooperative to link up the consumption of products, I and everyone else feel secure in expanding the scale of production.”
Ms. Huynh Thi Phuong, Tac Bien hamlet, shared: “Previously, my family's dried fish and dried shrimp processing was done entirely by hand, on a small household scale. However, after joining the cooperative, we were assured of a source of consumption as well as supported with machinery for processing, so my family expanded the scale of production, thereby increasing profits.”
Producing clean products, THT always puts food hygiene and safety first, thereby creating a source of quality and reputable products in the market.
Ms. Tran Thi Kim Tuyen, Tac Bien hamlet, said: "With abundant local raw materials, we process from fresh ingredients to produce quality products. Because we make them to sell to the market and to feed our families, people pay special attention to ensuring food hygiene."
