ASG Group (ASG) will not pay dividends in 2024

In 2025, ASG Group plans to do business with total revenue of VND 2,311.16 billion, an increase of 17%; expected profit after tax of VND 75.34 billion, an increase of 41% compared to the implementation in 2024.

In particular, the business plan is based on the assumption that the US tax policy does not have significant adverse fluctuations that negatively affect the global economy , the Vietnamese economy in general, and the production and business activities of ASG Group in particular.

Regarding dividends, ASG Group proposed to shareholders not to pay dividends in 2024. ASG has also just completed a private bond issuance with a total value of 300 billion VND, with a term of 3 years.

In the first quarter of 2025, ASG recorded revenue of nearly VND 494 billion (up 5.76% over the same period last year) and after-tax profit of more than VND 24 billion, 12 times higher than in the first quarter of 2024.

In addition, ASG Group also submitted to shareholders for approval the plan to issue shares to employees in 2025 (ESOP) with a maximum rate of 1% of the total outstanding shares, estimated at a maximum of 907,847 shares at a price of VND 10,000/share, expected implementation time in 2025 - 2026.

Of which, 30% of ESOP shares are transferred after 1 year, another 30% are transferred after 2 years and the remaining shares are transferred after 3 years.

In terms of business orientation, ASG Group will continue to seek and expand investment cooperation opportunities in areas with high growth potential, especially logistics, aviation services and industrial infrastructure development; and will continue to research and develop new products and services, applying technology to enhance customer experience and expand ASG's service ecosystem.
