Lekata Group 'joins hands' with Sun Frontier to develop high-rise real estate according to Japanese standards

Recently, in Da Nang City, a comprehensive cooperation signing ceremony took place between Letaka Real Estate Group (Lexington Taka Real Estate Co., Ltd) and Sun Frontier Real Estate Group (Japan), marking an important development step in the bilateral cooperation relationship in the field of investment and development of high-rise real estate in Vietnam.

HIYORI Aqua Tower Project – Ocean Tower Apartment, the project inherits the success of HIYORI Garden Tower – the project that made a strong impression in the Da Nang market when achieving 100% liquidity rate and handover on schedule in December 2019 with a scale of 306 apartments.

HIYORI Aqua Tower owns a prime location in Son Tra district, only 5 minutes walk from the beach, 10 minutes to Son Tra peninsula and 15 minutes to the city center. Sharing at the ceremony, Mr. Hiroyuki Kaite - Strategic Director of Letaka Group affirmed: "HIYORI Aqua Tower project demonstrates the strong commitment of Letaka and Sun Frontier in creating high-quality living spaces in harmony with nature and local culture. This is also a mark of the long-term strategic cooperation relationship between the two countries".

As the main developer, Sun Frontier is in charge of the entire process from planning, licensing, construction to sales. This is Sun Frontier’s second project in Da Nang – following the success of HIYORI Garden Tower.

HIYORI Aqua Tower has solid legal status, long-term ownership and is expected to be handed over in the third quarter of 2026.
