Training on Quality Productivity and Digital Transformation in the Era of Industry 4.0 in 2025

Attending the training were Ms. Lam Vu My Hanh - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology and more than 85 delegates representing departments and units under the Department of Science and Technology; representatives of departments, branches, associations, unions, People's Committees of communes, wards, enterprises, cooperatives, institutes, schools, hospitals, vocational training facilities in the western part of Dak Lak province.

In her opening speech, Ms. Lam Vu My Hanh - Deputy Director of the Department of Science and Technology said: Implementing the National Program to support enterprises in improving productivity and quality of products and goods in the period of 2021-2030; The People's Committees of Dak Lak and Phu Yen provinces have issued a Plan to implement the Program for the period of 2021-2025. After 5 years of implementation, the province has achieved many important results such as: many enterprises have been supported in applying advanced machinery and equipment, successfully implementing construction, application and being granted HACCP and VietGap, ISO 9001:2015 certificates; traceability activities and OCOP product development have been promoted... In particular, step by step building high-quality human resources in terms of productivity and quality, advanced quality management systems, and tools to improve productivity and quality.

With the strength of developing the agricultural, forestry and fishery economy , productivity and quality are considered one of the vital issues of the provincial economy. Promoting productivity and quality in the digital age is the foundation and driving force to help the economy develop, integrate and compete globally. Productivity and quality are not only goals but have become decisive factors for the existence and development of all organizations, especially businesses.

The training course took place in one day. At the training course, delegates were presented by lecturers of ICC Management Consulting Company Ltd. with the following contents: Introduction to policies and guidelines; overview of quality management systems: ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, HACCP, Halal...; tools to improve productivity and quality: 5S, Kaizen, Lean, TPM, KPI; Tools to support smart production, smart services, AI in quality monitoring. Introducing practical experiences in implementing the Quality Productivity Program from localities. Guidance on participating in science and technology tasks under the National Program to support businesses in improving productivity and quality of products and goods...
