Over two days (December 17-18), the Provincial Statistics Department organized a training conference on professional skills and guidance on using the software for individual business establishments, cooperatives, and religious and belief establishments in the 2026 Economic Census.
This helps delegates grasp the plan for the 2026 General Economic Census, operational procedures, questionnaire content, monitoring and inspection skills, data cleaning techniques, and practical use of software to collect information from individual businesses, cooperatives, and religious institutions, ensuring the census is implemented synchronously, accurately, safely, and effectively.

| According to the 2026 National Economic Development Plan, the collection of information on individual production and business establishments, cooperatives, and religious and belief establishments will be carried out from January 5th to March 31st, 2026. |
The delegates were introduced to the main contents of the 2026 National Economic Survey Plan, the dissemination of information on the National Economic Survey; the process of collecting information on various forms for individual production and business establishments; and the content of the survey forms for individual production and business establishments, cooperatives, religions, and beliefs.
The training covered the use of the general website for the 2026 Economic and Social Development Survey, the website for monitoring individual business establishment survey forms, and the use of CAPI software for individual business establishment survey forms. It also included important considerations for checking, cleaning, and using the summary table of survey results. Furthermore, participants practiced and discussed the general website, survey form content, etc., to support the Economic and Social Development Survey.
The 2026 Economic Development Report is one of the important sources of information, providing data to support the direction, management, and operation of socio-economic development, and the development of strategies, plans, and programs of the government , ministries, sectors, and localities.
