On the morning of August 15, the Office of the Provincial People's Committee coordinated with VNPT Dak Lak to organize an online training course on the implementation of the one-stop shop mechanism, the interconnected one-stop shop mechanism and the application of information technology in the settlement of administrative procedures. Attending the training course were key officials in charge of controlling administrative procedures at departments, branches, sectors, commune-level People's Committees and at Public Administration Service Centers across the province.

The objective of the training course is to ensure that local state management is carried out smoothly, synchronously, effectively and efficiently, without interruption after the administrative units are merged. This activity is within the framework of Plan No. 0173/KH-VPUBND dated July 22, 2025 of the Office of the Dak Lak Provincial People's Committee on training in administrative procedure control and implementation of the one-stop and one-stop mechanism in 2025.

At the training course, representatives of VNPT Dak Lak directly introduced and guided in detail many contents: Overview and guidance on reporting procedures on the Government and provincial reporting information systems; Guidance on receiving and processing records on the Administrative Procedures Handling Information System, helping officials and civil servants to operate more quickly and accurately. Guidance on using the System for receiving feedback and recommendations on administrative procedures on the National Public Service Portal, an important tool to listen to the opinions of people and businesses.

A notable point is the introduction to artificial intelligence (AI) and its practical applications in receiving and resolving administrative procedures. This content opens up a new direction, helping officials and civil servants access advanced technologies, thereby improving work efficiency and bringing better experiences to people.

Through the training course, the focal officers and civil servants in charge of controlling administrative procedures are equipped with the necessary knowledge and skills to effectively operate information technology systems, contributing to building a modern, transparent and professional administration, best meeting the needs of serving people and businesses in the new development stage.
