With the theme "Digital transformation: faster, more efficient, closer to the people", Tay Ninh province launched a communication campaign in response to National Digital Transformation Day from October 5 to 31, 2025, with the peak from October 5 to 15, 2025.
Notably, the province plans to organize a conference to promote digital transformation in 2025 with the theme "Faster, more effective, closer to the people" on October 24, 2025. Along with that is a meeting of the Community Digital Technology Group and the launch of the "Digital Education for All" movement.
In this activity, members of the Community Digital Technology Team will "go to every alley, knock on every door", instructing people on digital skills, how to use online public services, shop and pay online. At the same time, equip them with knowledge to protect themselves in cyberspace and effectively use local digital platforms.

Recently, the People's Committee of Tay Ninh province issued a Plan to launch the emulation movement to implement the "Digital Education for All" movement in the province. The emulation campaign will be implemented from now until the end of December 2026, and will be concluded in the first quarter of 2027.
The movement aims to promote the strength of the entire political system in propagating and disseminating digital knowledge, contributing to the development of digital citizens, promoting the comprehensive digital transformation process, ensuring the motto "no one is left behind", making digital technology an essential tool serving life, production and management.
Accordingly, by 2025, the province strives to have 80% of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the political system have an understanding of digital transformation, digital knowledge and skills, and be able to use digital platforms and services for work; 100% of high school students and university students are equipped with digital knowledge and skills to serve learning, research and innovation, and have safety skills in learning and social interaction in the digital environment.
The province also sets a target that by 2025, 80% of adults will have basic knowledge of digital transformation, digital skills, be able to use smart devices to exploit information, use essential digital platforms and services, and know how to protect themselves in the digital environment; 40% of adults will be confirmed to have universal knowledge of digital transformation and digital skills on the VNeID platform; 80% of workers in enterprises, cooperatives, and cooperative unions will have basic knowledge of digital technology, digital skills, and be able to use smart devices to serve production and business, and improve labor productivity.
By 2026, higher targets are set, specifically 100% of cadres, civil servants, public employees and workers in the political system have an understanding of digital transformation, digital knowledge and skills, and good use of digital platforms and services for work; 100% of primary school students are equipped with digital knowledge and skills to serve learning, research and innovation, recognize risks, and have skills to ensure safety in the digital environment.
In addition, by 2026, the province also strives for 100% of adults to have basic knowledge of digital transformation, digital skills, good use of smart devices to exploit information, use essential digital platforms and services, participate in interactions, and be safe in the digital environment; 60% of adults are confirmed to have universal knowledge of digital transformation and digital skills on the VNeID platform.
