Teaser Flip Side 8: Dreams and Family Conflict

Flip Side 8: Sunny Bracelet by director Ly Hai has just officially released a teaser trailer revealing the story of the journey to pursue passion and generational conflicts in the family.

In this comeback, although still exploiting the family theme, Ly Hai focuses on the story of young people determined to pursue their dream of becoming idols and realizing their ambitions. They have strong belief in themselves even when no one else believes in them.

Flip Side 8: The Sun's Bracelet is set in a group of young people living in the harsh Central region who have a passion for music and dream of becoming an "idol". The main character Tam (played by Doan The Vinh) - a 17-year-old young man, good at studying and has a talent for music.

Tam and a group of friends from the countryside who shared the same interests formed a band and signed up for a talent show. Everything started when the group passed the “parking lot” and had the opportunity to perform on a big stage, a dream that was almost impossible for children in poor villages to achieve.

Besides the story of pursuing dreams, conflicts and differences in thinking between generations in the family are also highlighted in this teaser trailer.

“When will I be able to decide my own future?” Tam’s question to her grandmother is probably also the question many young people ask their parents.

Compared to previous films, in Lat mat 8, Ly Hai exploits many musical elements. In addition to stories such as idol culture, passion to become an idol, the magnificent stage setting is also a highlight worth waiting for.

It is known that the performances in the film were professionally choreographed by Co, a member of the dance group that was crowned Champion of a famous dance competition in Vietnam.

Lat mat 8 features a cast of veteran actors such as Meritorious Artist Kim Phuong, Meritorious Artist Huu Chau, Meritorious Artist Tuyet Thu, Meritorious Artist Chieu Xuan, Ngan Quynh, Kieu Trinh, Long Dep Trai, Quach Ngoc Tuyen, Tiet Cuong, Ngoc Tuong. In addition, the film also features a cast of talented young actors: Doan The Vinh, Hong Thu, Tin Nguyen, Bao Ngoc, Yuno Bigboi, Anh Tu Wilson, Ho Dong Quan, Cherry Hai My, Rio Hao Nhien and other famous guests.

The film was written, directed, scripted, and produced by Ly Hai. Lat mat 8 will premiere on the occasion of April 30.
