Tea products of Hao Dat Tea Cooperative achieved 5-star OCOP certification
Implementing the process of evaluating and classifying products of the One Commune One Product (OCOP) Program prescribed in Decision No. 148/QD-TTg dated February 24, 2023 of the Prime Minister , the Central OCOP Product Evaluation and Classification Council held a meeting to evaluate and classify national OCOP products in 2024 (phase 3) for products proposed by the Provincial People's Committee for evaluation and classification before October 30, 2024.
The Tay ethnic cultural tourism product, Thai Hai Village of Thai Hai Company Limited, Thinh Duc Commune, Thai Nguyen City, Thai Nguyen Province was also recognized as a 5-star OCOP at the national level this time.
According to the evaluation and classification results, Thai Nguyen province has 2 more products that have achieved the national 5-star OCOP certification, which are: Dinh tea products of Hao Dat Tea Cooperative (Tan Cuong commune, Thai Nguyen city) and Tay ethnic cultural tourism products, Thai Hai village of Thai Hai Company Limited (Thinh Duc commune, Thai Nguyen city).

Thus, up to now, Thai Nguyen province has 4 products that have achieved 5-star OCOP certification, including 2 products of Hao Dat Tea Cooperative (Tan Cuong commune, Thai Nguyen city), 1 product of Thai Hai Company Limited (Thinh Duc commune, Thai Nguyen city), 1 product of Mien Viet Cuong Cooperative (Hoa Thuong town, Dong Hy district).
