With the ambition of record high revenue, how are Sunshine Group projects racing against time?

This "product launch" is considered the main lever to help Sunshine Group set the ambition of earning 50 - 60 trillion VND in revenue in 2025, nearly 20 times higher than in 2024, with pre-tax profit of up to 8 - 12 trillion VND, an unprecedented high in the history of this group.

Sunshine Group is accelerating the construction of a series of key projects from North to South, creating a breakthrough foundation in a new growth cycle.

West Lake: Two key projects are about to reach the finish line

In Ciputra Urban Area, Sunshine Group is accelerating two key projects. Of which, Noble Crystal Tay Ho WorldHotels Residence has a scale of 5 40-storey towers with nearly 1,000 Sky Villas, Sky Garden and more than 50 international utilities. The project has completed the basement, construction up to the 20th floor and is expected to be handed over from the third quarter of 2026, expected to bring in about 60 trillion VND in revenue.

Noble Crystal Tay Ho WorldHotels Residence - the first luxury apartment project in Ciputra Urban Area is under construction to the 20th floor, expected to be handed over from the third quarter of 2026.

Right next to Noble Crystal Tay Ho WorldHotels Residence and adjacent to Sunshine School International School, Noble Palace Tay Ho urban area is entering the final construction phase for nearly 500 villas and Shop Villas in all three subdivisions. With a design inspired by European castles, along with shopping streets and a 40m wide light avenue running along the Red River, the project is expected to be handed over from the second quarter of 2025, estimated to bring Sunshine Group more than 40 trillion VND in revenue.

Noble Palace Tay Ho is entering the final construction phase, expected to be handed over from the second quarter of 2025.

Tay Thang Long: Super urban area on the hottest avenue axis in West Hanoi

On the West Thang Long axis - one of the strategic roads in the West of Hanoi, the Noble Palace Tay Thang Long project is constructing nearly 2,500 shophouses with a synchronous system of utilities and infrastructure: Parks, schools, international hospitals... With a scale of up to 77 hectares of total planning area and being the first branded project to apply maximum AI in operational management and commercial business, this can be considered one of the hottest projects on the West Thang Long axis today. Noble Palace Tay Thang Long is expected to be handed over from the end of the fourth quarter of 2025 with revenue of nearly 70 trillion VND.

Noble Palace Tay Thang Long is currently constructing nearly 2,500 European townhouses, expected to be handed over from the end of the fourth quarter of 2025.

Notably, the central axis of the project is the road connecting the extended Hoang Quoc Viet Street, which was broken ground by Sunshine Group in early January 2025. The foundation work has been completed and the second-grade crushed stone layer is being constructed, gradually completing the road surface structure according to the set schedule. In parallel, on March 21, Sunshine Group continued to start construction of the 5-star Sunshine Hospital International Hospital - a strategic step to consolidate the synchronous high-end utility ecosystem for Noble Palace Tay Thang Long.

Adjacent to this project is the Noble Palace Garden ecological urban area with a scale of about 630 high-class garden villas, which is also accelerating construction, expected to be handed over in the fourth quarter of 2025 and bring Sunshine Group about 20 trillion VND in revenue.

Long Bien: Three high-end projects benefit as Tran Hung Dao super bridge prepares to start construction

In the East of Hanoi, Long Bien district, Sunshine Green Iconic with nearly 400 luxury apartments has been handed over since the end of the fourth quarter of 2024 and welcomed residents to move in.

Not far from this area, two other key projects of Sunshine Group are also entering the final stage: Noble Palace Long Bien low-rise urban area with nearly 200 villas, some of which have been constructed to the roof and are preparing to be topped out, expected to be handed over in the fourth quarter of 2025; and Noble Crystal Long Bien with more than 400 branded Sky Villas apartments, currently accelerating construction, aiming for handover in the third quarter of 2026. Both projects benefit when the Tran Hung Dao super bridge is about to start construction and is estimated to bring in about 25 trillion VND in revenue for Sunshine Group.

Noble Palace Long Bien is under construction, with some units already built to the roof, preparing to be topped out, expected to be handed over from the fourth quarter of 2025.

Ho Chi Minh City: Will hand over 3 towers with more than 1000 luxury apartments in 2025

In the South, the Sunshine Sky City project has a scale of 9 towers and nearly 3,500 luxury apartments. This is the first 4.0 riverside "hotel standard" Commercial, Service and Apartment Complex in District 7.

Sunshine Sky City is expected to hand over more than 1,000 luxury apartments from the fourth quarter of 2025.

Currently, building S1 has been completed and put into use, buildings S2, S3, S4 have been topped out in 2024, are currently accelerating completion, expected to hand over more than 1,000 luxury apartments from the fourth quarter of 2025.
