Thanh Ha invests more than 60.5 billion VND to renovate road 190D

Narrow Road 190D will be expanded by the district in the period 2024-2026.

At the 21st Session, the Thanh Ha District People's Council for the 2021-2026 term decided to approve the investment policy for the Project to Upgrade District Road 190D, section from km1+261.29 to km3+427 and from km5+033 to km6+303.24 passing through Thanh Hai and An Phuong communes. The total investment of the project is more than 60.5 billion VND from the district budget and legal sources.
The project is invested by Thanh Ha District Construction Investment Project Management Board, with implementation period from 2024-2026.

Project to renovate the foundation, 7m wide road surface with sidewalks, traffic warning system, drainage system, lighting.

Route 190D starts at the intersection with provincial road 390D and ends at the intersection with the Thai Binh river dike. This is the main road passing through An Phuong and Thanh Hai communes, connecting to Tu Ky district via Lang ferry. The current state of the narrow road surface, only about 3.5 m wide, is deteriorating, with many potholes, making travel difficult. In particular, the road section passing through residential areas does not have a drainage system, and is flooded when it rains, causing damage to the road surface and traffic safety.
