An art activity at Can Tho City Cultural Center
Accordingly, Can Tho City Cultural and Arts Center was established on the basis of merging Tay Do Theater and City Cultural Center.
Can Tho City Cultural and Arts Center is a public service unit whose budget guarantees a part of regular expenses (group 3); has legal status, its own seal and account according to current regulations.
The program "Da Co Cam Thi" is organized by Tay Do Theater.
The Director of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism shall preside over and coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs and relevant agencies to advise the Chairman of the City People's Committee to stipulate the functions, tasks, powers and organizational structure of the Can Tho City Cultural and Arts Center according to regulations.
