Ho Chi Minh City announces public 10th grade exam scores

On the morning of June 23, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Education and Training announced the scores of more than 76,000 candidates participating in the 10th grade entrance exam for public high schools in the 2025-2026 school year.

Accordingly, in the Literature subject, 24 candidates scored 9.25 points or higher, including 2 candidates scoring 9.5 points, 22 candidates scoring 9.25 points. The lowest score was 0.25 points with 7 candidates.

In Foreign Language, 488 candidates scored 10 points and 1,028 candidates scored 9.75 points. The lowest score for this subject was 0.25 points for 1 candidate.

For Math, 36 candidates scored 10 points, 68 candidates scored 9.75 points. In this subject, 135 candidates scored 0.25 points, the most among the 3 subjects.

Also on June 23, the Ho Chi Minh City Departmentof Education and Training announced the 10th grade exam scores.

After the announcement, this unit will announce the 10th grade specialized benchmark scores of 2 specialized high schools including: Le Hong Phong Specialized High School, Tran Dai Nghia Specialized High School and the integrated 10th grade benchmark scores for public high schools enrolling in the integrated program.

It is expected that the admission scores for grade 10 of public high schools will be announced on June 26.

The 2025-2026 public grade 10 exam has more than 76,400 candidates registered to take the exam, the total enrollment target of 115 public schools in Ho Chi Minh City is 70,070.

Compared to the 2024-2025 school year, the total number of candidates registering for the 10th grade entrance exam this year decreased by about 27,330 candidates.
