At the meeting, representatives of the People's Committee of Hon Quan district, Binh Long town and communes where the project passes through raised some difficulties in the implementation process. Localities must maintain the working spirit, not let the adjustment of the district-level organizational structure affect the progress of problem solving; must not be subjective in grasping the situation, ensuring the progress of implementation and settlement of administrative procedures; compensation and site clearance work must be carried out synchronously with mobilization and propaganda to create consensus among the people.
