However, it is also necessary to have a complete legal framework for the night-time economy for Phan Thiet. Accordingly, when developing any service activities, time, area, participants in those fields... must meet standards on noise, light, distance from residential areas, hospitals, schools, and at the same time strengthen state management to avoid "variations" and emerging social evils. Therefore, management agencies should not "ban" when they find it difficult to manage night-time services. Accordingly, continue to review policies and legal frameworks related to night-time economic development. Focus on regulations on operating areas, priority products, operating hours; decentralization, delegation of authority, clearly defining responsibilities and authorities among management agencies in managing night-time economic activities.
It is necessary to have correct awareness, change thinking and then “light up” Phan Thiet’s night economy.
