4. CUSTOMERS OF THE PROMOTION PROGRAM
All consumers who purchase at Sunhouse or at nationwide supermarket distribution systems when purchasing promotional products listed in section 3 of this program during the promotional period.

- Total prize value in the promotion program: 1,836,000,000 VND (In words: One billion eight hundred thirty six million VND even).
- Total prize value in the promotion program: 395,250,000 VND
- The prize only includes the value of the prize and does not include other costs.
- The prize is not transferable to a third party.
- The Grand Prize can be converted into cash in case of mutual agreement between both parties.
- Lucky Prize cannot be converted into cash.
6. METHODS AND CONDITIONS TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PROGRAM
After purchasing a promotional product in the program, customers will find an IMEI stamp or a warranty stamp with a silver coating affixed to the product.
- For products with IMEI stamps: The IMEI code (also known as the Serial number) is a series of 14 numbers and letters, printed below the barcode on the stamp as illustrated below:

For products with warranty stamps: The warranty stamp is affixed to the product with a silver coating (According to 2 cases: New warranty stamp and Old warranty stamp - as illustrated below). Lightly scratch the silver layer to receive a series of codes.

Customers have 2 ways to register to participate in the lucky draw as follows:
Method 1: Participate in the dialing by activating the IMEI stamp via the eSunhouse system:
- After determining the IMEI number, customers will activate the electronic warranty via the "eSUNHOUSE" application, following the detailed steps below:
Step 1: Download the application: Access the App Store or Google Play, search for “eSUNHOUSE” and install the application on your device.
Step 2: Activate the warranty on the main screen. (Skip the “Login” section, select “Activate warranty” at the bottom of the screen)
Step 3. On the search bar: Enter the product IMEI code in the box with the magnifying glass symbol
After entering the correct IMEI number or Successfully scanning the IMEI stamp on the product by tapping on the IMEI icon, the application displays a product information Pop-up for one second.
If the customer enters the wrong IMEI number, the application displays a Pop-up message “Invalid serial number” for one second.
After entering the correct IMEI number or successfully scanning the IMEI sticker on the product by clicking on the IMEI icon, select “Confirm” to continue. Enter customer information as instructed.
Select “Activate” to complete. Then the screen will display the message “Warranty activated successfully” for one second.
- The deadline for customers to successfully activate the warranty to register to participate in the program is 23:59 on June 30, 2025.
- When successfully activating the warranty via the "eSUNHOUSE" application, the SUNHOUSE system automatically records the warranty activation IMEI code as the prize code.
Method 2: Participate in the lottery by filling in information on the registration page:
- When customers purchase products during the program, customers access the website: https://khuyenmai.sunhouse.com.vn/song_khoe or scan the QR code printed on the program's display items at the point of sale.
Customers fill in all information fields on the website: https://khuyenmai.sunhouse.com.vn/song_khoe including:
· The code on the warranty sticker under the silver scratch-off layer or the IMEI code on the IMEI sticker (“Prize code”)
· Customer's full name.
· Customer contact phone number.
· Customer address.
· Purchase address .
- After filling in all the information fields above, customers click on the box "Submit information to participate in the prize".
- The website screen notifies customers immediately after filling out the registration information to join the program:
· Case 1: Customer provides "Prize code" and valid information, the system will immediately send a "Registration successful" message on the screen.
· Case 2: Customer provides invalid "Prize code" and information, customer will immediately receive notification "Incorrect prize code", customer check and re-enter information fields to make it valid.
· Case 3: The customer provides a previously registered "Prize code", the customer will immediately be notified on the screen "Duplicate prize code".
Note: A valid prize code is the code under the silver scratch-off layer on the Warranty Sticker (printed on the warranty sticker on the side of the product body) or the IMEI code (printed on the IMEI sticker on the side of the product and product box) that matches the code issued by SUNHOUSE for the product in the list of products applicable to the promotion.
- The final deadline for customers to submit the Prize Code and register to participate in the program applicable to both cases of registration using Warranty Stamp and IMEI Stamp is 23:59 on June 30, 2025.
7. TIME AND METHOD OF DETERMINING THE WINNER
Proof of winning is the code under the silver scratch-off layer on the Warranty Sticker (printed on the warranty sticker on the side of the product body) or the IMEI code (printed on the IMEI sticker on the side of the product and product box).
**Note: Both stamps are valid. For products with both Warranty Stamp and IMEI Stamp, customers can choose one of two Prize Codes to participate in the prize. In case customers use both types of Prize Codes to register to participate, the Company will choose 1 valid Prize Code as the basis for determining the winner, the remaining Prize Code will be removed from the list of participants.
8. REGULATIONS ON EVIDENCE TO DETERMINE WINNING
Specific description of the winning evidence and the validity of the winning evidence:
· For products with IMEI stamps on the list of promotional products: It is a series of 14 numbers and letters, randomly issued, no duplicates (printed on the IMEI stamp on the side of the product and product box)
The IMEI code consists of 14 characters as illustrated below:
· For products with Warranty Stamps: A series of 13 numbers, randomly issued, no duplicates (printed on the warranty stamp affixed to the side of the product body).
The scratch code consists of 13 numeric characters as illustrated below:

For products with both Warranty Label and IMEI Label, customers can choose one of two Prize Codes to participate in the prize. In case customers use both types of Prize Codes to register to participate, the Company will choose 1 valid Prize Code as the basis for determining the winner, the remaining Prize Code will be removed from the list of participants.
9. HOW TO DETERMINE WINNER
- Time to determine the winners: Including May 10, 2025, June 10, 2025, July 10, 2025. Specifically:

- Location to determine the winners: The drawing ceremony to determine the winners will be held live on the SUNHOUSE GROUP fanpage https://www.facebook.com/sunhouse.com.vn under the witness of all customers participating online, representatives of customers participating in person and company representatives. The location to hold the live stream is at 6th Floor, Richy Tower Building, Group 44, Yen Hoa Ward, Cau Giay District, Hanoi City, Vietnam.
- How to determine winners:
+ The drawing to determine the winners will be carried out for both the Special Prize and the Lucky Prize.
+ Customers participating in the program will have a chance to win prizes when SUNHOUSE conducts a lucky draw.
+ SUNHOUSE Group Joint Stock Company compiles a list of customers participating in each valid promotion program before the drawing time.
+ SUNHOUSE Group Joint Stock Company organizes a random lucky draw program based on the Prize Code, broadcast live on the SUNHOUSE GROUP fanpage (https://www.facebook.com/sunhouse.com.vn) 3 times on May 10, 2025, June 10, 2025, July 10, 2025
+ Unwinning entries of this draw will not be included in the next draw.
+ SUNHOUSE Group Joint Stock Company announces the list of winning customers on the SUNHOUSE GROUP fanpage and on the website sunhouse.com.vn.
- The results of the prize determination will be made in writing and confirmed by the witnesses.
10. WINNING NOTIFICATION
- Time limit, method (in person, by post, text message...), content of prize notification to customers:
+ SUNHOUSE Group Joint Stock Company announces the list of winning customers right in the online drawing program and on the website sunhouse.com.vn within 07 days from the time of online drawing.
+ Within 07 days from the date of announcement of the list of winning customers, SUNHOUSE Group Joint Stock Company will contact the customers to confirm the prize payment information. Specifically:
Method 1: SUNHOUSE Group Joint Stock Company contacts customers via hotline 18006680 at the phone number the customer provided when registering to participate in the promotion program. Hotline 18006680 will notify the winner, confirm the customer's information, and provide the time and place to receive the gift to the customer.
Method 2: Customers check the list of winners on the website: sunhouse.com.vn and proactively call the hotline 18006680, provide information "Prize code", customer name, phone number, address according to the information the customer provided when registering to participate in the program for the operator to record information and confirm the Prize code.
⮚ Case 1: Customer provides "Prize code" and valid information, the operator will immediately confirm the information, provide the time and location to receive the gift to the customer.
⮚ Case 2: If the customer provides incorrect "Prize code" and information, the customer will immediately be notified by the operator as "Invalid" and instructed to check.
⮚ Case 3: The customer provides the "Prize code" and information that has been provided by another customer and received the prize, the customer will immediately be notified by the operator "Invalid" and the service will end.
11. TIME, LOCATION, AND PROCEDURES FOR AWARDING
- Location and method of awarding prizes:
● For Special Prize: Awarded at the award ceremony organized by SUNHOUSE at the Customer's direct point of purchase.
● For Lucky Prizes: Send directly to the Customer's purchase address according to the phone number and address information provided by the customer.
- Awarding procedure:
+ When receiving the prize, the customer must provide the awarder with the following documents:
With Special Prize:
● 01 photocopy of ID card (with original for verification)
● Authorization to receive the prize (if any)
The customer signs the “Gift Receipt” provided by the prize giver to confirm receipt of the gift.
The winning customer must comply with the requirements for completing the procedures and related documents. Sunhouse Group Joint Stock Company is not responsible and has the right to cancel the prize if after the time of awarding the prize specified in this section, the customer does not provide the necessary information and documents as prescribed in these Rules.
With Lucky Prize:
SUNHOUSE Group Joint Stock Company sends express delivery gifts to customers according to the phone number and address provided by the customer within 45 days from the end of the promotion program. During the awarding period, customers who successfully receive the goods are considered to have successfully awarded the prize. For gifts that are not successfully delivered, the prize is considered to have no winner and will be handled according to the provisions of law. The list of successfully delivered parcels with the confirmation stamp of the Delivery Unit on successful or unsuccessful delivery within the awarding period will be the basis for determining whether the prize has/does not have a winner to carry out the next procedures according to the provisions of law.
Prize delivery costs are paid by Sunhouse Group Joint Stock Company.
- Deadline for awarding prizes: SUNHOUSE Group Joint Stock Company is responsible for awarding prizes to customers within 45 days from the end date of the promotion program.
- The winning customer's responsibility for expenses incurred when receiving the prize and irregular income tax: The winning customer must bear the travel expenses for receiving the prize and irregular income tax (if any) according to the provisions of law.
12. OTHER PROVISIONS
- SUNHOUSE Group Joint Stock Company is fully responsible for managing the printing process, the accuracy of the winning proof and putting the winning proof into circulation in the promotion program.
- The organization of promotional programs must ensure fairness, transparency and objectivity.
- SUNHOUSE Group Joint Stock Company is allowed to use the name and image of the winning customer for commercial advertising purposes if approved by the winning customer.
- In case of any dispute related to this promotion program, SUNHOUSE Group Joint Stock Company is responsible for direct settlement. If no agreement is reached, the dispute will be handled according to the provisions of law.
