A happy school is when students can explore and create their own colors.
The 2023-2024 school year is anchored, the rapid development of information technology and the pace of life of society must change more and more to adapt are things we cannot stop. Everything must "transform" itself into a better version of itself, either to be eliminated, or to continue to exist.
Let's compare a television from more than 30 years ago with a television today. In just 3 decades, the television that was big, thick and had no color is now thin, with a big screen but small borders, and full of colors. In 3 decades, people have made such progress! The television with thick borders and small screens has been eliminated, now is the era of "the thinner the more expensive" machines.
You see, everything evolves and dies. So why are schools with old curriculums still around?
30 years ago, our parents had to carry school bags, study from books, and study in a boring way. Now, most schools still maintain the same teaching method! When it's time to go to class, the teacher lectures and writes something on the board, the students copy it exactly, only knowing how to repeat but still not absorbing much.
"If we can't fix it, we'll create it" is the motto of many generations that come after, constantly searching and innovating.
The birth of happy schools also begins here. A happy school is when you step into it, you will be unlocked many different emotions because each teacher's teaching style is a unique color, painting the picture of student life. A happy school needs to meet 3 criteria: Safety - Love - Respect along with a vibrant and unconventional teaching style, such as learning math and literature but also incorporating music , art...
If teachers want students to learn effectively, want the country to find many talented people, find special paths, let students' minds explore, discover, relax and create their own colors.
The key to successfuleducation is to produce happy citizens. That is the goal of happy schools.
