At the same time, recover additional land in 2024 for agricultural land 7.44 hectares; non-agricultural land 7.44 hectares.

At the same time, adjust the number of projects and area recorded in Clause 4, Article 1 of Decision No. 3906/QD-UBND dated July 29, 2024 to 207 projects with a total area of ​​1,699.58 hectares.

Other contents stated in Decisions No. 481/QD-UBND dated January 24, 2024; No. 2455/QD-UBND dated May 7, 2024; No. 3906/QD-UBND dated July 29, 2024 of the City People's Committee remain valid.
