The highlight of the competition is that it has promoted research activities and technical innovation initiatives among young staff and engineers. In the past 2 months, the Enterprise has applied 7 initiatives and creative solutions, contributing to shortening repair time, saving costs, improving product quality, and bringing about clear economic and technical efficiency.

The rate of products meeting technical quality, repair contracts are completed on schedule, ensuring technical and safety coefficients. There are no cases of violations of technical procedures, rules or occupational safety.

Lieutenant Colonel Nguyen Quoc Tho, Chairman of the Enterprise's Trade Union, shared: "With the highest spirit of emulation, we clearly define our roles and responsibilities in production labor and scientific research. We take work results, product quality and user satisfaction as measures of emulation."

Faced with increasingly high technical requirements and tasks, the emulation campaign is a strong spiritual motivation and an important solution to help the Weapon Repair Enterprise improve repair quality and enforce discipline.
